Can anyone at ORIOS read my dreams?

No. Dream content is encrypted, and Dream Circles are end-to-end encrypted, not even staff can read them.

My MoMo payment didn’t go through, what now?

Dial *170# → 6 → 3 to approve a pending prompt, or retry from Subscription. Contact support if it persists.

How do I delete my account and data?

Profile → Privacy → Delete account & all dreams. This is permanent and complete, per Ghana’s Data Protection Act 2012.

Is voice recording stored on your servers?

Transcription runs on your device. Audio is uploaded only if you choose to keep it, and is encrypted.
