Dreaming of hospital or sickness
Something needing attention and repair, rarely a literal diagnosis.
Sickness in a dream is read as a weakening somewhere, in the body, the household, or a relationship. Elders counsel checking on the person seen unwell rather than assuming the worst.
Scripture pairs sickness with healing sought and given. Read as a call to bring something into the open where it can be treated.
Illness is classically read as a trial that expiates, or as a matter in need of remedy. Recovery in the dream is read as relief granted.
Illness imagery reflects depletion and neglected needs, and often appears when someone has been overriding their own limits.
Bodily sensations during sleep, and genuine early illness, can both generate sickness dreams. Persistent ones are worth a real check-up rather than interpretation alone.
